1. Participants must be full-time undergraduate students from Thai or international universities who hold Thai passports.
2. A team must consist of 4 undergraduate students.
3. A team can consist of students from different faculties and/or different universities.
4. A participant must not be a member of more than one team.
5. The finalists of the Challenger 2022 onwards and participants of TUBC are not eligible to apply for the Challenger 2025.
6. All members are required to be physically present at the event.
7. All members of The Challenger 2025 winning teams must be able to join TUBC 2025. If any member of the winning team is unable to participate, the first runner-up will be selected to proceed to TUBC instead.
In a business case competition, participants are given a case based on a real company to analyze, solve and present to the judges under time constraints. The business cases will include facts and data about a company's situation, issues, and/or future goals. Teams will be judged on various criteria, such as depth of analysis, amount of creativity, degree of practicality, presentation skills and responses to judges’ questions.

After the application process ends, the participants will be given a case to analyze. An electronic file of each team's solutions has to be submitted to the organizing committee before the deadline. The solutions of the business case will be evaluated by judges selected by the organizing committee.
a. All 20 teams that advanced from the Qualifying Round will be given a second case to analyze. An electronic file of each team's solutions has to be submitted to the organizing committee before the deadline. The solutions of the business case will be used to present to the judges panel on the presentation day.
b. On the presentation day, all 20 teams will be divided into 4 divisions randomly to compete in the Semi-Final Round, where only 1 team per division will be the finalists of the competition. All 4 finalists will advance to the Final Round where the winner will proceed directly to the TUBC 2025.
c. Each team will be given 15 minutes to present followed by 10 minutes for Q&A session for both Semi-Final Round and Final Round.
For 3 winning teams,
i. The Winner will receive 40,000 baht cash prize and will proceed to the Thammasat Undergraduate Business Challenge (TUBC) held in October 2025.
ii. First Runner-Up will receive 25,000 baht cash prize.
iii. Second Runner-Up will receive 20,000 baht cash prize.
*Any team that submits the case solution will receive an electronic certificate.
